A Personal Training session with Andy Mansell is all about you......... The Customer, and your personal targets.

After an initial chat about what you hope to acheive from the training, your fitness history, and a check on your current health and injury situation.... Andy will tailor the session entirely to you and your needs. The 50 minute programme could include any type of exercise from cardiovascular & weight training to boxing, skipping & core work.... Using  a variety of fitness machines and training tools designed to push your body to the max!!  Andy will be guiding and encouraging you every step of the way during your training session..... helping you get the best results possible.

Don´t be fooled into thinking a Personal Trainer is a luxury only availabe to rich and famous celebrities...... nowadays lots of people like you have their own trainer, as it is in not as expensive as you might believe. Andy´s prices start from as little as 20€ a session for members, and work out even cheaper if you pre-pay for a number of sessions.

Andy trained with the World-renowned Australian Institute of Fitness to Level IV Master Trainer , and is experienced in rehabilitation and Sports Specific training: He can also offer guidance on nutrition, and supplements.
